Guests have exclusive use of the entire lower-level suite, with a private entrance on the left side of the house, and no one occupies the upper levels during your stay. Take the stairs on the left side of the driveway down to your door, leaving a little space on the stairs clear for trash pickup. Self check-in with smart lock from 4 PM, with full driveway parking access.

Tucked up the hill from Green Lake in a quiet residential block, our lower-level suite is run by a Superhost and built around one idea: a hidden speakeasy of your own. Dark floral wallpaper, layered lighting, and a custom bar set the tone, and a private game room keeps the night going after the cocktails are poured. The suite has its own private entrance on the left side of the house, with the driveway steps leading you straight down. Inside, the bedroom pairs a queen bed with a dedicated workspace and a walk-in closet, the lounge and bar open to the kitchenette, and a full bath and in-unit washer and dryer round out the space. Built for two, and completely yours: no one occupies the upper levels during your stay. The speakeasy lounge is the reason to book.
