No Parties No Smoking/vaping $1000 fine if any smoking material is found or smelled on the premises. Absolutely no pets. The owners use this house between guests stays and one of them are allergic. Even Therapy animals will set off an allergic reaction. This house is occupied by the owner when it is not rented.
