You’ll also be close to several top-rated Lakewood golf courses, as well as local breweries, restaurants, and easy highway access to I-70 for skiing and hiking. Guest Access

Guests have private access to the entire home across all three levels — both living rooms, the kitchen, all five bedrooms, every bath, and the hot tub, fire pit, and backyard. The garage and a supply closet are the only off-limits spaces. Entry is by keypad after 4 PM, so a late arrival after a Red Rocks show is easy. We (Kirsten and team) are local Superhosts and respond within an hour.

Mornings start slow, with coffee at the oversized island before the ten-minute drive to Red Rocks and the trail ahead of the crowds. Days run on your terms: tee off at one of three golf courses five minutes away, drive twenty-five minutes to a Rockies or Nuggets game, or point the car west toward the ski corridor. Evenings end in the private hot tub under a Colorado sky, fire pit going, everyone gathered in the backyard. Downstairs is the entertainment floor — a second living room, smart TV, and air hockey for the kids or the pre-game. Upstairs, the four king suites spread across the floor so every couple gets its own room and bath. Three floor plans live in the photo gallery, so you'll know exactly which room each pair gets before you arrive. HOUSE RULES • Check-in after 4 PM, checkout before 10 AM • Self check-in with keypad • 12 overnight guests maximum • No parties or events • No smoking or vaping anywhere — $1,000 fine if any smoking material is found or smelled • No pets — the owners use the home between stays and have a severe allergy; even therapy animals will trigger a reaction • Quiet hours 10 PM, with a grace period to 11 PM on concert weekends when Red Rocks runs late • Please return furniture and items to where you found them • Brand-new home — please respect the finishes FAQS • This is a brand-new build with designer finishes; we ask guests to treat it with care. • Exterior security cameras cover the driveway and entry only. There are no interior cameras. • Carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are installed throughout. • Multi-vehicle driveway parking; street parking is available on the block with no permit. If you suspect any vehicle leaks, please park on the street. • The home is owner-occupied between stays — please note the no-pet allergy policy above.
