Greenlake is a charming neighborhood just north of downtown with a lake that provides a 3-mile walking/jogging path. 5 min walk to many restaurants including: Coffee shop – Chocolati Noi Thai Ben & Jerry’s Dukes Seafood and more! Just a mile walk to “Downtown” Greenlake that has a grocery store – PCC, Gyms/studios, exquisite restaurants, and shopping. The house is centrally located which provides dual access to downtown via 99 or I5 as well as easy access to the east side via I5 > 405, 520 bridge or 90.

Guest Access

Guests have private access to the top two levels of the home through the front door with keyless entry, check-in from 4 PM, with the basement locked, unoccupied, and no one else on the property during your stay. A supply closet is the only locked space on your levels. Two driveway parking spots are yours, with rare complimentary off-street parking and additional free street parking beyond that.

A 5-minute walk from Green Lake and its trails, The Summit is a Guest Favourite rated 4.91 by the guests who've stayed here. The name comes from our 2019/2020 remodel, when we spotted the second level of the home peeking above the treetops along Greenlake Way with its views of North Green Lake. A rooftop deck, a backyard built for kids, and dining for 13 make it a base for the whole group. You'll have private access to the top two levels of the home, with the basement locked and unoccupied and no one else on the property during your stay. The king primary comes with a desk, monitor, and ensuite bath with jetted tub. A queen Murphy bedroom with built-in closet, a full-over-full bunk room with stairs, and a fourth bedroom with twin sofa bed, desk, books, and toys round out the four bedrooms, with 3 full baths between them. The rooftop deck is where evenings end: Washington wine at the gas fire table, the telescope out for stargazing, and space for morning yoga. Down below, the covered deck has its own TV for game nights outside, the BBQ grill feeds outdoor dining for 12, and the playset, cornhole, and giant Connect 4 keep the kids busy in the yard. No interior cameras. •The home is reached by two flights of exterior stairs, and they're on the steep side. Plan accordingly if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or heavy luggage. •The driveway exit can be tight for larger vehicles when the street is parked up.
