Greenlake is a charming neighborhood just north of downtown with a lake that provides a 3-mile walking/jogging path. 5 min walk to many restaurants including: Coffee shop – Chocolati Noi Thai Ben & Jerry’s Dukes Seafood and more! Just a mile walk to “Downtown” Greenlake that has a grocery store – PCC, Gyms/studios, exquisite restaurants, and shopping. The house is centrally located which provides dual access to downtown via 99 or I5 as well as easy access to the east side via I5 > 405, 520 bridge or 90.

Guest Access

You'll have the entire home to yourselves, every level, with no one else on the property during your stay. Enter through the front door with keyless entry, check-in from 4 PM, and the lower level also has its own private entrance on the left side of the house. Two driveway parking spots are yours, with rare complimentary off-street parking and additional free street parking beyond that.

The name came to us while driving along Green Lake Way, when we spotted the second level of our home peeking above the treetops with its views of North Green Lake. Five bedrooms, four baths, two living rooms, and a rooftop deck give a group of 11 room to spread out and places to come back together. Our home spans multiple levels, with no one else on the property during your stay. Upstairs, the king primary comes with a desk, monitor, closet, and ensuite with jetted tub, joined by a queen bedroom with built-in closet, a full-over-full bunk room with stairs, and a flex bedroom with twin sofa bed, books, toys, and games. The lower level is its own retreat: a queen bedroom with desk, walk-in closet, private bath, and a second washer and dryer. Evenings split by mood. Upstairs, Washington wine at the rooftop gas fire table with the telescope out for stargazing. Downstairs, the game room keeps the rest of the group busy with air hockey, shuffleboard, and foosball. When everyone lands in one place, dining for 12 and the backyard grill handle the reunion. No interior cameras. •Our home spans multiple levels with two flights of exterior stairs to reach the front door, and they're on the steep side. Plan accordingly if anyone in your group has mobility concerns or heavy luggage; this isn't a single-level stay. •The driveway exit can be tight for larger vehicles when the street is parked up. Two driveway spots plus free street parking give you options. •The backyard pines drop needles, so shoes are a good idea for the kids out back. •The heating may take a moment to figure out; how-to videos are in the digital guidebook, and we respond fast if you have any questions. •Professionally cleaned after every stay.
