This place was great. There was plenty of space for our 5 adults and 3 kids. The house has everything we needed throughout the house. We spent each night out in the backyard enjoying the covered and uncovered space. It was a lovely place to start and end our days. The place felt very homey and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything contributed to a wonderful trip for our extended family. Would highly recommend for anyone, especially families with children.

We had an amazing stay at this home. 2 adults and 2 kids under 9. Plenty of room to spread out and come together. Loved the proximity to the lake - we were lucky to have a week of sunshine. The stroll to the lake was lovely and the neighborhood takes incredible pride in their plants and flowers - my girls loved that. The backyard was also perfect - no joke about the wearing shoes for the tiny pine needles, though! AC worked great and water pressure was top tier. Hosts were very helpful with everything. Love it!

We had a really great stay at this home in Seattle. The location was great and it was very easy to get around town to all the places we wanted to visit. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Overall a great stay and we would highly recommend this home!

Staying at Kirstins place felt like being at home. It was beautiful and a perfect place if you have kids. My granddaughter loved the play house/swing set in the backyard and the little playroom on the main level was an added bonus as i didn’t have to bring toys. There were a couple little hiccups but Kirstin was very responsive and quick to get them handled. We highly recommend her house is you’re planning a visit to Seattle.

This spacious house worked out very well for our family, 6 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room to unpack and make each bedroom feel like home. We spent hours in the backyard making use of the play structure, toys and the outdoor dining table for a few of our meals. We set up the telescope on the rooftop and took turns looking in it. On of my favorite features, the primary bedroom. This large quiet space has a very comfortable bed and great pillows! Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and Greenlake.

Wonderful stay - I would give this 10 stars if I could! We stayed 2 nights at Kirsten's place on our way back from Alaska - if we could have stayed longer - we would have! I have rented many Air BnB's over time and this ranks in the top 1% of those that I have rented. The location is lovely (walking distance to Green Lake and a local bakery), as well as a short 15 minute drive to Seattle's main attractions. The kitchen was perfectly and thoughtfully stocked (but not cluttered), and the quality of the furnishings / linens were top notch. On top of that Kirsten is a lovely host- very responsive. We hope we have the opportunity to stay in this lovely house again! Things to note - the home is spread out over a few levels - so not for those looking for single level living.

Wonderful stay at this charming home near the lake! The home was well stocked and we were able to accommodate our group very comfortably. Kristen was accommodating, and it was a wonderful weekend.

This was a perfect house for our family get together. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Pretty backyard and rooftop (for when it's not raining like our trip). Kitchen had everything we needed for the weekend and lots of kids utensils and a specific kids play room. Cool neighborhood with Green Lake and a loop running trail nearby with a handful of walkable bars and restaurants.

Really happy with our stay. We had a little trouble figuring out the heater and our Host responded immediately to our text to help us solve the issue. Great location within a short walk of Green Lake.

What a beautiful little basement-apartment, right up the hill from Green Lake! We booked this place thinking that we would be a few miles from the venue we were in town to attend, and it ended up changing, and we were only a mile away. This was great, as Kirsten allowed us to keep our vehicle in the driveway, and we could walk to nearly every place we wanted to go. I found the doors were a little short (I'm 6'1"), but not troublesome or inconvenient. The low ceiling and short doors gave the apartment a sort of cozy feeling, like a hobbit hole. It was super convenient to have a full washer and drier, and the closet space was great for unpacking our things and feeling more like guests than just passersby. This place is definitely worth the price, and it is located near some great restaurants and cafes. It is also in a neighborhood, so it feels much less commercial and more personal. We're very happy we stayed here at Kirsten's place.
